When her father was diagnosed with cancer, she enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became a certified health coach. She also studied at the Natural Gourmet Institute where she developed a profound appreciation for food as medicine.
Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and received her MBA with a concentration in marketing. When she’s not reading, writing or cooking, she enjoys traveling with her husband, playing tennis and rooting for the New England Patriots.
